NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

AND NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tuscan Water District originally scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2026, has been CANCELLED due to a scheduling conflict.

In lieu of the regular meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting at the BCAG Board Room, 326 Huss Drive, Chico, CA 95928, on:

9:00 a.m.

The agenda and meeting packet for the Special Board Meeting will be posted on the District’s website at www.tuscanwaterdistrict.com no later than 24 hours before the meeting, in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act (Gov. Code § 54956).
